New chef the cuisine at the Hotel Goldener Hirsch
The restaurant of the Luxury Collection Hotel Goldener Hirsch in Salzburg’s Getreidegasse has long had a stellar reputation beyond Austria’s borders.
Martin Bednarik, the new chef de cuisine, wants to reinterpret traditional dishes. The 34-year-old chef from Vienna has gained experience in many renowned kitchens and plans to include more regional products in his creations. With his kitchen, Bednarik would like to surprise his guests again and again and give them a smile.
General director Wolfgang Putz is convinced that with the new kitchen chef, the two restaurants, the catering and the care of the festival house will be brought to a new level and the fine dinning in Salzburg will meet the taste of the new time.
