Experience the culinary art of Austrian Delicacies centrally located within the city of Salzburg. You will not only be thrilled while entering the unique location within a mountain, but will acquire a wealth of culinary knowledge and the most interesting facts about Apple Strudels and the “Original Salzburger Nockerl”.
An emphatic, well-practiced chef will guide your participants in small groups of 3 to 5 people to learn all stages of preparation, such as stretching out the pastry or beating the egg white until stiff. Lots of fun and the hands-on experience creating these specialties yourself are certainly as rewarding as enjoying the outcome itself. Optional for lunch or dinner, the program includes a tasty goulash soup (vegeterian alternative possible as well).
Small group sizes will guarantee a high quality experience for every individual participant. Lessons take place in German or English for up to 30 persons, upon appointment.
