What event planners say about Salzburg

« back to overview

Dear Werner,

We could like to offer you our gratitude for all your help and ideas for your IPLOCA Convention. You and your team provided us with excellent support, without which many of our functions would not have been possible, and the Convention could not have run as smoothly as it did. May we congratulate your team, on their dedication and professionalism.

The preparation for such a large Convention is not an easy task, and it is necessary to have a very well informed and assertive Ground Agent. You fitted this role perfectly and for this we thank you.

Ilona also provided us with excellent service, promptly arriving at the airport to meet and greet the guests and meticulously arranging the transfers to our guests requirements.

The girls at the information and registration desk also played an important role in our Convention. They were always punctual, very friendly to the guests, which made for a pleasant atmosphere to welcome the arrivals.

Please pass on our thanks to Hans-Joerg, who undoubtedly played a big role in the organisation of each function and its individual needs.

Many thanks to you and Panorama Tours. You have been a pleasure to work with.

Kindest Regards,

International Pipeline & Offshore Contractors Association
