Lufthansa subsidiary Eurowings is launching new flights from Salzburg to the British market
In the winter flight program 2017 Eurowings offers direct connections from Salzburg to the UK. NEW: London Heathrow (2x weekly) and London Stansted (4x). From December 2017 flights to Birmingham and Manchester (each twice a week) will also be on the airline's program.
With the beginning of 2017, the Lufthansa subsidiary Eurowings successfully launched its offer at the Airport Salzburg with the first flight to Düsseldorf. Just a few days later, the first Eurowings flight took off to Paris. Thus, with the founding of the second Austrian Eurowings base in Salzburg 10 Eurowings destinations were offered in the last summer season.
For the up-coming winter season, Eurowings is increasingly focusing on the traditional UK market. Great Britain has been the most faithful winter guest in the winter sports regions of Salzburg since the 1980s. Englishmen love the winter in Salzburg and are high in the guest ranking of the winter sports region.
In addition to the UK program, Eurowings flies to Paris (twice a week), Dusseldorf (5x), Hamburg (6x), Brussels (2x), Cologne (daily) and NEW once a week to Bremen.
