Ice Caves in Werfen

The Ice Caves in Werfen are one of the most popular destinations for outings in the whole of the province of Salzburg offering an impressive natural environment encased in ice. The entrance to the caves boasts an unforgettable sweeping view of the Salzach valley, particularly when the weather`s good. Visitors to the caves have to master a climb of 134 metres.
